EcoCleaner on ainutlaatuinen imeytysaineen levitys- ja murskauslaite, jossa on nerokkaasti automatisoitu kaikki imeytysprosessin vaiheet.

EcoCleanerin säiliöön mahtuu imeytysainetta isompienkin vahinkojen torjuntaan. Säiliön alla on rakeen levitys- ja murskauselementti, jonka avulla karkeammatkin rakeet murskautuvat ja tunkeutuvat pinnan huokosiin. Aiemmin tämän työn tekeminen manuaalisesti on ollut lähes mahdotonta. EcoCleaner tekee kaiken tämän ja lisäksi poistaa liukkauden tehokkaasti luontoa ja imeytysainetta säästäen.

EcoCleaner kiinnitetään normaalin peräkärryn tavoin, joten sitä voidaan käyttää hyvin monenlaisilla ajoneuvoilla. Vetokoukun korkeus ei rajoita laitteen käyttöä. Laitteessa itsessään on akuilla toimiva koneikko, jonka ansiosta laitteen käyttöönotto on erittäin nopeaa. Kaikkia laitteen toimintoja käytetään ohjaamoon tulevasta käyttöpaneelista. Käyttöpaneelissa on langaton tiedonsiirto ja kameranäyttö. Yhdessä automaattisten levitystoimintojen kanssa nämä takaavat turvallisen ja tarkan toiminnan. Tämä ainutlaatuinen tuote on patentoitu, ja se tuodaan markkinoille keväällä 2018.

EcoCleaner is a state-of-the-art device for oil spill clean-ups on racing tracks.

Instead of manual spreading and scrubbing the tow behind EcoCleaner does the work for you in a matter of seconds. EcoCleaner crushes and spreads the absorbing material automatically while you control the operations from a wireless control panel in the towing vehicle.

EcoCleaner has a weatherproof container for the absorbing granules. The container can take granules for small and large spills without a need to refill. Under the container there’s a rotating crushing element that is extremely powerful in forcing the granules to penetrate even the smallest pores in the surface. This instantly removes slipperiness and prevents leakages to the environment.

All the functions are controlled from the cabin from a wireless control panel. The control panel includes a screen with a camera view. Along with the automated spreading operations this ensures safe and fast operations while minimizing downtime.

EcoCleaner can be attached as a normal trailer so it can be used with many types of towing vehicles. The height of the hitch of the vehicle does not limit the use. EcoCleaner is also easy and fast in putting into service due to the battery-powered power unit.

This patented, state-of-the-art device will be in the market in the spring 2018.
